Verdict

ANTIOUS, a multiple winner in South Africa including at Group 2 level, had his first start for David Marnane in a Group 3 at the Curragh and performed with credit so with improvement expected he gets the vote. Banna Boirche has won eight times on Polytrack but never on Turf despite some fine efforts and Akasaka has also been proving himself on Dundalk's Polytrack. Muaanid has only faced heavy ground in his four starts to date and could be the one to benefit most from quicker conditions as Tennessee Wildcat has failed to add to his tally after an opening victory at Dundalk.
