Verdict

It's difficult to find one of the 23 runners here without a chance. Paul Carberry was on board for all three of Tom Horn's victories on fast ground last summer and again when he made his reappearance with a fair effort behind My Murphy at Navan last month. This time, however, he deserts him in favour of PLEASE TALK and the move can pay off. A winner point-to-pointer, he easily made a winning start over timber at Punchestown in December before being held by My Murphy at Punchestown and though he's untested on going this quick he's expected to handle the conditions and take this. Vesper Bell has had little experience but is certainly going the right way while Cairdin will have found 2m too short at Leopardstown in December and this is more like his trip.
