Verdict

The ground is a bit of an unknown factor but MISSION COMPLETE looks the one to beat in this finale if getting through it. He's been raised a further 6lb since finishing second at Southwell last month but still has a bit of scope and has the most experienced amateur in the race to do the steering today. Manadam's latest second at Towcester was another decent effort and he shouldn't be far away again, but Sovereign Spirit is struggling for form and Homer Run is very one-paced. Royal Chatelier could figure if reproducing his third at Chepstow, however, but Kavegirl was beaten 18 lengths when second at Wincanton.
