PRESENTING EXPRESS is our call with Mister Apples and Present M'Lord as the alternatives. The selection missed a tougher engagement last week but he is proven on the fast ground and from an in-form yard, he makes plenty of appeal this afternoon. Mister Apples is a regular in staying events of this type. He has only gone up 3lb for a recent success at Kelso and the second has gone on to place at Haydock Park since. Present M'Lord is one of two from the Alner team. He appears effective on all surfaces though his last four starts have been under testing conditions. Openide was well beaten in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham and may need a little more help from the handicapper before he ends a long losing run. Ibberton is a course regular. Classic Clover has ran well at this time of the season in the past but has a tough ask from 7lb out of the handicap. Presenting Express should have too much class for his rivals.
