Here's Herbie ran his best race so far at Taunton two weeks ago. He's only lightly-raced but a 5lb rise in the weights looks harsh. DUNGENESS was positively ridden over 2m at Plumpton last week but was collared at the last by the rallying Hold The Bucks and eased on the Flat. If ridden with more restraint, he could recoup losses here as Superciliary, though usually thereabouts, is still climbing the handicap despite not winning. All But Grey and Gallic Warrior are others with place claims but Royal Opera will probably need this.
