Verdict

Diamond Charlie arrives in search of a hat-trick after landing a double on the Polytrack early this year but will need to improve again off today's higher mark. Lady Gibraltar is also 4lb higher than her latest win at Goodwood, though she's a course and distance winner and open to further improvement this year. SACROSANCTUS hasn't raced since August but Scott Dixon trained last year's winner and is expected to have his five-year-old sprinter ready for action. He scored twice over 6f here last season, including a defeat of Swiss Cross, and should make a bold bid from the front. Church Music and Sandfrankskipsgo step up in class after recent victories at Wolverhampton while Taurus Twins could only manage third in this last year albeit in soft ground.
