In depth

Verdict

Denny Crane can get a boost if King Of Arran runs well in the previous race as he was amongst those behind him here recently. Mark Johnston has an incredible strike-rate on this track and can add to that tally with LOVERS CAUSEWAY. Twice successful at Lingfield in January he showed himself to be in cracking form when scorong at Wolverhampton last month and the Middleham-based handler has found him another winning opportunity. Star Power could be the one to give the UK raider the most to think about as Jim Bolger's Galileo colt looked very progressive when scoring here three weeks ago and can only improve. Hawk Flight is still a maiden after 22 starts but has been running very well and deserves a change of fortune.
