Verdict

Maudlin Magdalen is upped in trip off a 7lb higher mark on her return as she attempts to complete a four-timer. Egyptian Warrior won his maiden over 1m4f in testing ground and is facing different conditions here while prolific course winner Shake The Bucket looks high enough in the weights at present. Eighteen Summers and Long Journey Home are inconsistent and Strait Of Zanzibar has yet to win over further than 7f. CATCHY LASS went close over track and trip before scoring over 1m4f here last month with subsequent winner Rocky Bleier back in third. She gets a tentative vote to go in again on the strength of that form.
