In depth

Verdict

LIBERTY TO ROCK was absolutely thrown in on his best form when scoring over the C&D earlier this month and though having little to spare over tonight's rival Grainne Whale he can confirm the form despite the revised terms and complete a quick double. Bangalore Diamond had a couple of runs on the surface last year and didn't show much but looked on the upgrade at Down Royal last time and can do better. Ashton Rose has shown glimpses of ability and it was probably the heavy ground that caused her downfall when strongly fancied at Roscommon last time while Wellmarked has scored twice in his career - both times on Polytrack at Wolverhampton.
