Verdict

ELUSIVE IN PARIS won a C&D handicap in October before a very good run over a furlong shorter from a 5lb higher mark. He has an absence to overcome but should be up to gaining his second victory. Eddie Lynam complicates matters by saddling both Choral Society and Dimitar. The latter has never raced beyond 6f but ran well on his return following a long break here last month and should improve. Choral Society landed a minor event over the C&D in November and may just have needed the run behind Kedelston here a fortnight ago when Celtic Crystal was behind.
