Verdict

General Bunching returned to winning ways over the course and distance earlier this month but has a 6lb rise to contend with and the runner-up Coach Bombay should get much closer. LORD KENMARE, who finished third, was impeded when making his challenge and can take his revenge on the revised terms and gain his sixth victory on the track. Fourth-placed Patrolman was having his first start since December and can also go well. Cristy's Call has now been a beaten favourite in three starts since scoring comfortably over the track and trip in January but hasn't been far away in any of them. Boronia has been gradually improving and with her light weight looks best of the remainder.
