Verdict

Jim Bolger has had an incredible year and CONFIDENT CUB can keep up the good work. Just touched off over 1m2f on heavy ground at Roscommon, he was mugged on the line when attempting to concede 12lb to Clare Harrier over the C&D last month when Sophies Echo was just behind and a 3lb rise shouldn't prevent him going one better. Gagnant has only had four starts on the surface but has been running well enough to get into the shake-up though Dimitar could be more of a threat as he was very unlucky in-running over the C&D last time. Fleeting Moment has a poor strike-rate but Red Laser hasn't had much experience and can make his presence felt.
