Verdict

Intyre Trail was in tremendous form at this time a year ago but hasn't run since September, though he's been dropped 4lb and isn't without a chance. Polly Ella has won over this trip on Turf but appeared to relish stepping up to 1m3f when successful here in May. COPPERTOP looked to be improving before failing to act on heavy ground at Navan last time and a chance is taken that he can progress enough on the surface to take this. Crouching Harry is on a reasonable mark while Go On Murt, who only showed moderate form in a couple of runs here last autumn, looked an improved performer when staying on over 7f at Naas last month and this looks his optimum trip. Elusive Express is still a maiden but has run well here in the past and looked on the way back to form at Naas last time.
