In depth

Verdict

Desert Al only ran three times last season but ended his campaign with a fine effort behind Fandango Boy here in November though he may need further. Fairy Flow has never reached a place in four starts here but has slipped to a decent mark and ran well on her return at Tipperary. Despite having only won twice in 57 career starts, FAYNITA is admirably consistent which is why he remains on this mark. He was beaten just a head by Desert Ben on his final start last season over the course and distance and reappeared with another excellent run at Tipperary, form that can see him home in this moderate handicap. Cementry Lane ran quite well on her racecourse debut here a year ago but has the widest draw to contend with this time.
