Verdict

Sword Of Light takes a step up in trip and class after an easy maiden success a fortnight ago but looks progressive and must be on the short-list. Your Pal Tal won a maiden in style here in December but hasn't been done any favours by the assessor. Toccata Blue won a maiden over the course and distance a fortnight ago then just failed to last out a mile last week when RELAY finished runner-up and Desiderata was just behind. The second was showing her first sign of ability on that occasion and with the shorter trip certain to suit she's handed the vote. Cappadocia was well beaten in that latter event but that was his first start since arriving from the UK where he won twice on Polytrack for Mick Channon.
