Verdict

Gabh Mo Leithsceal went to Cork with a favourite's chance after a fine run at Fairyhouse but didn't run as well as expected. Seismic found firm ground against him at Gowran and this surface should suit though this looks a question of whether ALL ABOUT ALFIE acts on the track. Tom Foley's charge produced his best run for a long time when chasing home Positive Vibes at Tipperary and a repeat of that should be good enough. Timjoe has shown nothing in two starts here but has been running well enough to get involved while blinkers could have the desired affect on Noble Call, who is still a maiden after 21 starts on Turf but makes his Polytrack debut.
