Dhaular Dar has only run twice on an all-weather surface and failed to reach a place in either but beat a big field in a Doncaster handicap when last seen on the Flat in October. Mid Mon Lady continues to run well but has now had 24 starts since her last success. DENNY CRANE has won four times here and only just failed to make it five when a head behind Elizabeth Coffee last week. He's 2lb higher this time but that shouldn't prevent another success on the track. He holds Maggie Neary on a line through Elizabeth Coffee though Charlie Swan's filly undoubtedly improved to score here a week ago and is one to consider. Mister Carter is likely to be seen to better effect over timber and is one to follow in that sphere this winter but If Per Chance could have done without an 8lb rise for beating Tarrsille over a mile here three weeks ago.
