Verdict

Rusty Halo has only been placed once in eight starts over timber but arrives in good form having scored on the Flat last month. The lightly-raced Flat winner Crazy Days made a reasonable start over hurdles at Down Royal last month after a break of over a year and is expected to do better as is winning bumper Dr Tommy, who led for a long way on his debut over hurdles at Clonmel. Man In Black has been disappointing and is still a maiden after 26 career starts so it's TEAK, beaten a short-head at Tipperary in June, who gets the vote after finding 2m6f too far last time.
