Verdict

Atlantic Sea attempted to make all at Dundalk but had no answer to the long odds-on Johann Strauss. That was over 7f and this will be his first attempt at the minimum trip. Aru Cha Cha looked a certain future winner at the backend of last season and, as she made a very promising reappearance last month, she's greatly respected. She has Amygdala 4l behind when runner-up in a Dundalk nursery but the latter was conceding 10lb and is receiving 5lb here so should have a good chance of turning the tables. Body Beautiful ran very well in what looked a decent Navan maiden last time though that was on fast ground and the vote goes to PIRITA. Dermot Weld's expensive filly is related to a host of useful winners and was expected to make a winning debut at Fairyhouse last June but missed the break and could never get into contention on the fast ground. Compensation awaits here.
