In depth

Verdict

Speedlock looked promising last year but appears to have gone backwards while the veteran Galway Legend has had 46 starts without winning. Killy Fryer landed a beginners' race here in May and was having his first start for three months when just touched off by Royal Blood at Roscommon. He's certain to get involved on that form but LOCH NA BEASTE could provide the answer as he has looked to be crying out for a longer trip on his two latest starts and this fits the bill. A winning point-to-pointer, he jumps well and is at the right end of the handicap in a tricky event. Willies Girl looks high enough in the weights despite her victory at Limerick last month and King Rama has been beaten a long way on all four starts over fences.
