Misty Lane's trainer knows the time of day though he won't be pleased with his fillies' 9lb rise for her Dundalk success when she was well supported. Almadaa has won twice on Polytrack but has reached a place just once in 16 starts on Turf while Daring Man, though producing a fine run behind Footprint at Leopardstown, has now run 31 times on Turf without winning. Patrickswell continues in good form and may have found 5f at Dundalk just too sharp last time but a chance is taken on SPIRITUALITY. Tommy Carmody's charge is making his handicap debut but could be well treated as he was leading at today's trip before fading over a mile on heavy ground at Naas a couple of weeks ago. Theyturnedmedown is going very well at present though both recent victories have come on very soft ground. If the going turns testing he would be the one to beat.
