Verdict

In The Well ran his best race to date at Thurles and looks progressive enough to take a hand but Martin Cash has yet to get the hang of chasing. WITNESS OF FASHION arrives from landing a point-to-point and had shown enough under Rules earlier to suggest he's up to winning a moderate handicap of this nature. Refused A Name showed his first sign of ability behind Slew Charm at Downpatrick but Paudi The Punter could prove the main threat as he has run well over hurdles recently and comes here on a much lower mark.
