In depth

Verdict

A trappy race where consistency is not the strong suit of any of these runners but VALLEY QUEEN did manage to get her head in front for Mark Usher when trained in Britain and if any rain falls, she can leave behind too very modest runs for current connections. Crystal Harmony may still be a maiden after a dozen starts but she went close off this mark at Naas. Elusive Express didn't seem to stay the trip at Fairyhouse and the Bellewstown winner appears can give a better account here. All Silver shaped well in a recent race at Roscommon and any confidence behind Pat Flynn's is unlikely to be misplaced. Tsar Paul is plenty exposed although the eight-year-old is sure to run his race.
