THE ROSSMEISTER is on the upgrade and produced his best form on the flat when runner-up to Alajan at Tramore earlier this month. He was strongly fancied that day after previously scoring over timber at Cork and can recoup losses here. Connyella is also in good heart having scored over 1m1f at Gowran last month and finishing a good third to Force Of Habit at Fairyhouse. She is unproven over this trip but her style of running suggests she will be suited. Strandfield Lady does most of her running on polytrack and gained her only success to date at Dundalk in October. She has returned to turf in good style but this will be her third start in nine days and she's been raised a couple of pounds. Fascinating Paddy has run his best races over today's trip and should be losing his maiden tag before long while Mad Existence has run well on his two latest starts after a long break and can get involved in what looks an open contest.
