Verdict

JOHNNYOFCOURSE has some fair form between the flags to his credit including when not far behind Tammys Hill at Kirkistown. He was a close third in this race a year ago and this looks a good opportunity. Tony Martin has had a wonderful week so his lightly-raced point-to-point winner Wrong Turn has to be greatly respected. Taghnabrick won a point at Punchestown last month but ran poorly in a hunter's event at Downpatrick ten days ago. Mourne Paddy has had a chequered career due to jumping problems but is useful when getting it right as he did when beating a strong field at The Pigeons a fortnight ago.
