In depth

Verdict

Soft ground won't be a problem for the three-year-old Ironically but it's easy to pick holes in the form of her win at Leicester last month. BUXOM is still a maiden over hurdles but was only beaten a short-head at Taunton last time and the winner has gone on to complete her hat-trick. Despite a 6lb rise in the weights, Jamie Snowden's mare won't be far away and gets the nod being much preferred to Matrow's Lady, down in trip after being pulled up over 3m1f at Taunton. Beyeh is interesting, however, as she ran well over 2m6f at Ascot after winning on heavy ground on the Flat at Yarmouth while Zefooha also has claims. She was well beaten when falling at the last here last time but that was over 3m1f. Tim Walford's mare doesn't stay that far but is very effective over shorter, though may prefer a quicker surface.
