    Verdict

Most of these have been in action on the all-weather including Substantivo, who Kieren Fallon rode into second place at Kempton two weeks ago. That was his best run to date and he should make the frame. The veteran Masai Moon has been in winning form at Southwell but hasn't run on Turf since 2012. Silly Billy has also become a specialist on the Fibresand and was beaten in a seller the last time he ran on Turf. Bond Artist has had her last eight starts at Wolverhampton, scoring there in February, and is on a low enough mark to make her presence felt though The Happy Hammer is even better in as he finished third in a division of this last year and can race from a 10lb lower mark on Turf than the all-weather. RED PALADIN has only raced on Turf and landed a course and distance handicap in August from 4lb lower. He scored on his reappearance last season after an even longer break so is handed the vote to make a successful return.
