Alan Jarvis' mare beat Deep Winter over this course and distance twenty days ago under a good ride from today's jockey Charlotte Kerton. The mare has a 3lb rise in the weights today but that doesn't look insurmountable and she is fancied to win again. Summers Lease returns from a winter break, as does Tres Froide who signed off last season with a win in the French provinces and she needs watching in the betting on her first start for the yard. Black Dahlia is a course and distance winner, whilst Rio Guru and Confidentiality know where the winner's enclosure is and each needs respect.
