Verdict

It's interesting that connections are willing to sacrifice a mark of 78 with WARLING and this filly can massively enhance her paddock value. Jeremy Noseda's daughter of Montjeu is very stoutly bred and she should get ideal ground conditions today as she moves up in trip. Ship's Biscuit is another three-year-old who is bred to stay (sister to Hi Calypso, 2007 winner of this race) and along with Shimmering Surf, Rumoush and Middle Club helps spearhead a strong challenge from the second season horses. Meeznah is the class-act in the race, and the Oaks second has her best chance of Group glory today. Kieren Fallon sticks with her, perhaps damning the chance of Brushing who he rode to victory at York. This track should suit Dyna Waltz and she rates more of a danger than the Irish raider Roses For The Lady or the quick ground winner Eastern Aria.
