Verdict

Dandy Nicholls' poor run has to come to an end sometime and it would be no surprise to see Fol Hollow go close back in handicap company after a couple of confidence-boosters in claimers. The penalised Deerslayer has won three of his last four but they have all been sellers, while three-year-old Eland Ally and Berberana have something to prove after disappointing last time. Picabo is in good form and was only beaten half-a-length at Bath off this mark last month, while Drift And Dream was well backed on her reappearance at Sandown and may do better on this quicker ground. HAAJES is back in form, however, and 5lb lower than his last winning mark. He looks to have a decent draw in this finale and can finally get off the mark for the season.
