    Verdict

Hugo Palmer's string continues in fine form and his two-year-olds boast a decent strike rate on Town Moor. His Hawksmoor is speedily-bred so definitely worth a market check in a big field of maidens in which Richard Hannon is doubly represented. Mermaid is one of only four with previous experience and she'll be hoping to build on her third at Leicester while Alsaaden is a half-sister to a 7f winner. RAAQY runs in the same colours as the latter, however, and is the choice of Paul Hanagan. Barry Hills' filly is the first foal of the 2008 1000 Guineas winner Natagora and can make a winning start. Aneesah has a Group 1 entry so is also worth noting, as is Mark Johnston's Mastercraftsman filly Dessertoflife.
