One Putra can stop Presto Shinko in his tracks, with Coconut Squeak best of the remainder. One Putra has been saved for this judging by the way that he has been campaigned this season, having been rested since his close second to Ruby Rocket at Hamilton in September. With no worries about the ground or trip, he is sure to take plenty of beating. Many will fancy the chances of Richard Hannon's Ayr Gold Cup winner Presto Shinko who has made giant strides this term, but there has to be a worry about his ability to handle the soft ground. Indeed he was pulled out at Newmarket recently when the going was similar to today's. If he does run, his ability will see him go close no doubt, but we feel that he is worth taking on. Coconut Squeak battled her heart out to make all in a Listed company affair at Newmarket before finding Group company too hot in France last time. She will be more at home here and should go well. However, she will just set the race up for One Putra who will have plenty in the locker given his light season.
