Tohfa has become expensive to follow and so has Bahamian Sunrise - both were beaten favourites on their comeback runs. Last month's Kempton winner Chapeau Blue will be having her first run on Turf while it took Saltarello 12 tries to get off the mark. Ripon third Magh Meall is interesting, however, though has shown her best form so far on slower going. Prince of Time might do better now going handicapping and a similar comment applies to Coolcalmcollected but COMMODORE should take all the beating. He wasn't given a hard time on his reappearance at Kempton but was still only beaten a neck and the same by the first two. He showed plenty of grit when scoring at Bath in October and that attitude should see him win more races this term.
