Verdict

For us, the principals here are Fashionable, Indian Pipe Dream and Seyaadi, with the vote going to Indian Pipe Dream. Looking at these and, much as Bay Story has a dirt pedigree, he has to be respected with his stable in form, the yard also running Hiddensee, although he showed little on his debut last year. Indian Pipe Dream hails from a strong yard and, having shown promise at two, looks sure to improve this season and today's trip will suit. Mick Channon's horses are running well but Marhaba Million will need to step up on his one career run to date, but the Ed Dunlop-trained Seyaadi also showed enough juvenile promise to have to be considered today, although it will be interesting to see how he handles the trip. Toshi cost 200,000 guineas but has now left Mark Johnston and is with Ian Semple, while Barry Hills always has to be respected at this meeting and his unraced Nashwan filly, Fashionable, should be carefully monitored in the betting. Overall, though, we will stick with Indian Pipe Dream.
