Verdict

Fromajacktoaking is finally fulfilling early promise and, after landing a Down Royal claimer, easily won a Fairyhouse nursery on Sunday for which he's been raised 7lb. Ronan Whelan claims almost half of that back and Paul Deegan's charge will be fancied for the hat-trick but both victories were gained over 7f and he may find GATHERING POWER has too much pace for him. Eddie Lynam's filly was beaten a nose in a maiden over the C&D on very heavy ground before appearing to find an extra furlong too much for her at Leopardstown and with Johnny Murtagh back on board she's taken to gain her first success. Is Feider Leis has come up against some useful opponents and didn't run badly on his nursery debut at Down Royal so he looks the best of the remainder.
