Verdict

Have A Nice Day won this a year ago but is 12lb higher thanks to another victory at Dundalk. Doc Holliday is just 1lb higher than his victory here in August and his recent runs have been over longer trips. Hunt scrambled home over this trip at Dundalk and his two subsequent starts have been over 6f and a mile. The three-year-old Cenotaph makes his handicap debut from a lowly mark and has to be considered but Canary Row has only won once in 22 starts though he's dropped just enough to get into this handicap. CAPTAIN MIDNIGHT has been acquired from the UK and though he's a rare winner he's now dropped to such a lowly mark that he's taken to gain his first success for new connections.
