Verdict

Ronan Whelan dictated a slow pace on board Custom Cat when George Kent's charge completed a hat-trick at Naas and won't be allowed such a soft lead this time. A 7lb rise may just prove enough to halt his progress and WINNING IMPACT is handed the vote. Jimmy Coogan's charge looked in very good shape when beating the in-form Cheval Rouge on very testing ground here at the beginning of the month and can complete the double from 6lb higher. Flic Flac and Khaos were separated by a head when occupying the places behind Bogini over 6f at Leopardstown and the latter may come out on top this time over the longer trip. The veteran Ballivor was having his first start since 2010 when a fine third to Boom To Bust at Naas last month so should be kept on the right side with Johnny Murtagh back on board and neither Polytrack winner Miracle Cure nor the lightly-raced filly Imaginationrunwild can be discounted in a very open handicap.
