In depth

Verdict

Man Of Erin is a tough individual who battled back when headed close home over a mile at Naas. He likes soft ground and scored twice over today's trip earlier in the season so looks certain to get into the firing-line in a tricky contest. Music In The Rain was having his first start since September when not beaten far behind Learn at Naas last month and that will have brought him on considerably. He's definitely on the short-list along with the lightly-raced Coin Of Courage, who drops back in trip after fading close home over a mile at Dundalk. Joe Eile can never be ruled out in this type of event but it's CRYSTAL MORNING who is handed the vote. She was having her first start since October when just failing to make all over a mile at the Galway Festival and a 3lb rise shouldn't be a problem as she's performed well from higher marks in the past.
