Verdict
Just a quartet of runners here but all eyes will be on the battle between Famous Name and BORN TO SEA. The former has won an astonishing 18 times from 35 starts but has never scored at this level, though he's been placed several times in Group 1 events. He loves this track and trip and arrives in the form of his life having won three Group 3s already this year but his likely market rival has been a talking horse throughout his career given that he's very closely related to Sea The Stars, Galileo and several other high-class performers. He was having his first start beyond a mile when taking on Camelot in the Irish Derby and acquitted himself very well so this trip should prove his optimum and he can gain his first Group victory. Warwick Avenue is progressing nicely but has a very stiff task in his first run at Pattern race level though he easily holds Bob Le Beau on their run over the C&D in May.
