In depth

Verdict

Caolaneoin has generally performed with credit in decent company but again comes up against some useful rivals. Dushybeag is certainly one of those and he wasn't disgraced in Grade 2 company when last seen at Limerick in December. He has an obvious chance though finished around 4l behind OPERATING when they weren't too far behind the very useful Foxrock at Fairyhouse in November and Jessica Harrington's charge is taken to confirm the form and land this. Bearly Legal was making his chasing bow and having his first start since winning over hurdles in July when a close fourth to Never Complain at Down Royal last month so he's one to note along with Kashline, who was still there with every chance when falling at the last at Thurles. Jansboy won twice over hurdles in October and has been waiting for better ground to begin his chasing career.
