        Verdict

        Connections of GOSSAMER SEED must have been elated to see their very cheap purchase run so well on her debut at Tipperary in August when the speedily-bred daughter of Choisir was beaten just a head by the Ballydoyle-trained Tom Sawyer. Improvement looks guaranteed and she will be at short odds here though Lara Larisa is a worthy opponent as she has shown genuine pace on her most recent starts at Bellewstown and Down Royal. The remainder have shown very little and Braehead looks best on Polytrack.
