In depth

Verdict

This should prove a thriller between the impressive bumper winners THE PAPARRAZI KID, who is handed the vote, and Lord Of Lords. The former was a long odds-on chance for his debut at Navan in December and won by 15 lengths but was surprisingly beaten at similar odds by Rory O'Moore at Naas in February where he didn't appear to find much when coming off the bridle. However, the winner has proved himself very useful and Willie Mullins' charge should have strengthened up during the summer. Lord Of Lords attracted strong support for his debut at Navan in March when trained by Helena Keaveney. He sauntered home by 23 lengths that day and though the form hasn't been boosted he's obviously an exciting prospect and has joined Edward O'Grady. Dushybeag looks the best of those with experience over timber though his best effort came when a close third in a bumper here in September, while Clara Bel La has shown a bit of promise in bumpers and on the Flat and has a very strong jumping pedigree.
