Verdict

PICKAPOCKETORTWO has to concede weight to his rivals due to a bumper success at Downpatrick in July. He made a decent start over timber at Punchestown last month where the going was probably too testing for him and can gain his first hurdling success in a race that may be set up for him. Both Days Hotel and Rough Times like to set the pace and may cut each other's throats up front. The latter will appreciate the drying ground and is probably the main threat especially as Sorted was beaten a long way when runner-up here. Royal Reveille has been well beaten on his two latest starts after a good run at Fairyhouse in November.
