Verdict

SALFORD RED DEVIL, well enough drawn in the middle of the field, can hopefully again display the excellent speed shown here last time when scoring with something to spare. He looked an above-average sort that day and is well worth going along with as Richard Fahey is likely to generate further improvement from the Koukash colt. Umneyati could be the main threat but has been done no favours by the all-important draw. However, she looked on the upgrade when obliging with ease at Lingfield last time and must be treated seriously. The remainder have all been successful this season bar one with Limegrove and Majestic Alexander making most each-way appeal, both hailing from the David Evans yard which does well throughout the season with its juveniles on the Roodeye.
