Verdict

Richard Fahey affords his 7lb conditional George Chaloner some decent chances and the pair team up with CALAF. He's well treated taking the jockey's claim into account and will be far happier on this quick ground than when understandably bogged down here last time. Fazza is a good sort who acts on all surfaces and looks the danger though there is a question mark against his stamina as all five of his wins have arrived at a mile or less. However, this is obviously a good track at which to test him out over further. Knowe Head is turning in to a really consistent handicapper for the Unett team and has trip and ground to suit, while a market move for the lightly-raced Iulus would be significant
