Verdict

BUREAU doesn't appear to spend too many days in her stable at Middleham and having had the misfortune of coming up against a particularly progressive individual at Leicester, Mark Johnston's filly is given another chance to race off the same mark. Our Gabrial took advantage of the handicapper's benevolence to score over C&D a fortnight ago. A hike of 8lb suggests the assessor will be in no hurry to extend the same courtesy. Ripon maiden winner Yenhaab consented to find one too good at Windsor last time out and Fitzgerald is worthy of note on his return from absence. Any rain would be to the advantage of bottom-weight El Beau while Mindurownbusiness was engaged to run at Epsom yesterday.
