In depth

Verdict

Nothing leaps off the page in a modest finale but RED ADMIRABLE will probably start favourite on the back of a couple of fair efforts over hurdles. He would have been placed when market leader over track and trip earlier this month had he not unseated his rider at the last and might be able to gain compensation this evening. Given connections, Kauto D'aloes will have his supporters and this is far less competitive that the Ascot handicap he contested last time. He had Feast Of Fire well behind at Taunton in February and none of the others have shown a great deal so far.
