Verdict

Newcomers to note in this include Matripajo, a half-brother to hurdles and chase winners, and Spending Time. Comte D'Anjou won over 1m5f at Exeter last December while Trevaylor Boy, Trilerrin Minella and Very Noble have all shown ability. Joe Bugg, Minella Scamp and Thomas Brown arrive off the back of wins in the point-to-point field. The latter may prove the pick of that trio but he'll have to be useful to get the better of OSCARTEEA. Anthony Honeyball's charge had Hello George a couple of lengths behind when second at Aintree in May and that's the best form on offer here. His yard won this last year.
