      Verdict

Despite Dr Wintringham's likely defection, there are still four previous C&D winners due to face the starter here. Miss Bootylishes has the best recent form of the quartet, though Ashkalara is 2lb lower than when successful in this 12 months ago as a three-year-old. Cat Hunter has been fairly consistent lately and, along with Mini's Destination, is worth a second look while Indian Valley is gradually coming down the weights. But we are loathe to desert YENSI, who is very lightly raced and much improved judged on her demolition at Windsor last Sunday. This is a step up in grade and she carries a penalty but the filly gets on well with Matthew Davies and a third success in five starts beckons.
