Verdict

This won't take much winning and the four-year-olds UMORISTIC and Lady Bridget appear to bring the best form into the race. Preference is for the former, who may handle the going a little better than his likely market rival - his latest third at Ffos Las suggests he is still heading in the right direction. Mark Gillard's mare stepped up on her Lingfield second when runner-up in a non-seller at Taunton at the start of the month and has the beating of Tenspinhits on the form book. But she has produced her best form on a sounder surface in the past.
